Josh Pavao

Josh Pavao didn’t take the typical route into finance. After serving in the Army and working 10 years in Law Enforcement, he willed his way into the world of trading through teaching himself how to day trade. He realized the markets will move whether he's on the charts or not. So for years, he worked overnights at his department just so he could be on the charts during the daytime learning how the markets work. In this process, he developed his strategy called the FIST Framework, which is a combination of Fundamentals, Intermarket Analysis, Sentiment, and Technicals, the same process he used to become a full-time futures trader.

Today, Josh is the founder of Day Trading University, where he’s coached and traded live with over 20,000 traders. His mission is simple: cut through the noise, break down what actually drives the markets, and give everyday traders a framework they can actually use to win.
